Question #3:

anyone wanna help me out? (using the apostrophe)?

I usually would know this stuff, but im tired and spacey. So please, bear with me, and completely ignore the fact that i should remember this stuff from elementary and middle school.

The teacher gave the class 30 words. we had to write down the plural, singular possessive, and plural possessive versions of the given word. I did well on most of them, but id write some down as one thing, and it just wouldn't look right, so id be stuck changing it back and forth.
here are the words i got stuck on..
Waltz. Plural is "waltzes"
tooth. plural is "teeth"
salmon. im pretty sure the plural would just stay salmon
scissors. plural already

again, excuse my stupidity. i thank you for not being rude about it.
oh, and one i think i missed was "sandwich" no matter how much i say "sandwiches" or "sandwich's" it doesnt look or sound right.
i meant i already know the plural forms, but now i need the plural possessive and singular possessive versions.

Question #9:

Homecoming dress.. what color tux?!?

It's my senior year, and my homecoming is September 25th. I just got a salmon colored dress today and I'm not sure what colors I should pick to go with it. My date wants to wear a white tux but I'm not really sure that it would look that great. I was thinking either brown or black. It's a halter dress with a low, open back. What kind of jewelry should I wear, and does anyone know of any cute updos I could possibly use? I know I'm asking a lot, but I'm just looking for cute ideas!

Question #10:

Been exercising and dieting and NO change?

I am 18, 5 ft 7 and 154 lbs

For the past 16 days-

The first week- 1 hour cardio (taebo) exercise everyday except Sunday which was rest day. Ate 1500 calories following a 40/40/20 ratio carbs/protein/fat

2nd week- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday did kenpo (from p90x) and ate 1500 calories with 40/40/20 ratio

And Tuesday, Thursday and Friday did tae bo for 1 hour in the morning and in the evening did weight training for 40-50 minutes. Ate 1700 calories those days following a 40/35/25
And Sunday was my rest day

Yesterday Monday I ate 1700 calories but did 1 hour kenpo in the morning and 40 minutes triceps/shoulder training

Today I ate 1500 calories and did 1 hour tae bo

Foods I eat- skinless grilled chicken, cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, lighter than light mayo, wholewheat bread, sometimes a little bit of jam, beans, eggs, vegetables, fruits, oats, baked potato, brown rice etc.

Drinks I drink- skimmed milk and water with the occasional whole fat milk (to up my fat intake)

But I have LOST no weight albeit I could be gaining mass...which I think is true because my arms when I flex are solid hard and my calves are hard

BUT I have also lost no inches ANYWHERE...not even 0.1 inch!

In fact my arms have gotten bigger at a whopping 15 inch (could be coz of the mass) but the FAT is there persistent

I obviously did not expect to lose 10 lbs or see a HUGE difference...but not even lost an centimetre let alone an inch :(

Advice?

Question #13:

85% Raw Vegetarian Diet for Acne cure?

Hi, I am 19 yrs old and have suffered from mild-moderate acne for about 5 years now. I have literally tried every product on the market, and as usual, it has just made my skin worse and oilier. so last month I decided to stop using products all together, I don't use anything on my face now and let the skin breathe for once/

On youtube there is this girl named natasha who claims that she has totally vanished her acne by starting the raw food diet (she's 34!!) She's been eating 100% organic raw food for about a year now and her skin looks flawless. Her channel is "RawRadiantHealth"

I want to know whether I can achieve that skin by eating 85% raw food, and 15% other fats like salomon or everyday fresh cooked meals. I mean I can't live on veggies and fruits forever, I'd lose crazy amount of weight and I am already skinny enough.

For my cooked food, I eat:

- small portions of basmati rice mixed with lima beans/green beans
- salmon (baked or steamed)
- chickpeas (boiled)
- boiled/baked potatoes

Is that okay, I mean I researched basmati rice to be gluten free.

For vegetarian: I drink at least 4 glasses of those green smoothies, alongside 2 plates of salads, and fruits for breakfast

thank you

A marine biologist conducted a study of the ability of vertebrate blood to carry oxygen. He believed that a low enviromental temp. would cause the organisms blood to carry less oxygen then blood at a higher temp.the following reflects the scientists experiment and the data he collected.

* Two tanks of salt water each containing 25 gallons was set up in the lab
* each tank was filled with the same type of organisms( perch and salmon)
* the same type of aerators were added to each tank to supply dissolved oxygen to the fish.
* to one of the tanks, marked TANK A, the temp was decreased at increments of 5 degrees C every 20 min

* blood was removed from each of the fish and measured for its oxygen content

Question #15:

Going vegan, what can I eat and should I avoid corn?

I'm watching Food,Inc. now and am totally shocked and appalled at how they make food. I've been avoiding all meat products expect for those packets of pink salmon and hard boiled egg white.
My question is what is safe for me to eat. I mean, it seems everything is being made by corn, even fruits and vegetables. I don't want to eat anything that has corn in it.
I've tried going vegan before, but didn't really have a good understanding why, but now, I'm certain why.
What can I eat that is 100% natural, healthy and organic? My family shops at Kroger's by the way.
Thanks!

Question #19:

nature diet sensitive salmon & prawn dogfood. anyone else experience problems when feeding their dog this?

hi everyone. i have a bit of a strange question. my dog (english bull terrier cross) has food and skin allergy issues and we usually feed him james wellbeloved dry kibble in white fish and rice. he has always been fine on this but we wanted to try him on a wet food as he was starting to chew himself on his paws again and the cone has had to come back out, much to our dismay :(
we are now giving him james wellbeloved dry on a morning and nature diet salmon and prawn for sensitive tummies (which is 60% meat guaranteed) on an evening but since changing him onto this (only around 2 weeks ago) i have noticed when i'm doing the dog poo pick up in my garden that his poos arent as solid and look like they are made up of a browny-phlegmy jelly type substance mixed in with his normal looking poo, at first i thought it was slugs on his poo but on closer inspection it is clearly his poo, no slug! i have become concerned as today i found what looked like fresh blood in the jellyish poo too. now i dont know if this could be down to his food not agreeing with him or more problems! i've had his urine dipped in the last 6 months and it showed all his vital organs are working fine but obviously its a worry! has anyone else experienced problems like this with this food or do you think its vet visiting time? i have a 6 m.o staffy cross puppy too and her poos havent been as solid either but i just put this change down to them getting used to the food. if someone could give me some advice that would be great because i love my doggies and dont want to make them suffer any longer if something is up! thanks for reading and all advice will be greatly recieved
